- Shweta( White): Leaves of this varieties are green in color with small white spots on it; the flowers are white in color.
- Krishna (black): Leaves of this varieties are green in color with no white spots on it, the flowers are white in color. This variety of Adulsa is more hot than compared to white.
Effect on Tridoshas: Adulsa balances Kapha-Pitta dosha.
