It is decidous middle sized tree. Shallaki is having ash coloured bark, peeling of in thin flakes young shoots and leaves pubescent. The leaves are compound and leaflets are opposite. Flowers are calyx pubescent outside, lobes broadly traingular ovate, petals are 5 mm long, ovate stamens are inserted at the base of and annular crenate disk.
