Akarkara Ayurvedic Description

Akarkara, that goes by the botanical name Anacyclus  pyrethrum, is a small perennial plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. The plant is mainly native to Arabia, and distributed widely in North Africa, Mediterranean region, Spain and India. In the Indian subcontinent, it is found along the Himalayas, in Jammu and Kashmir, Bengal and in other Northern regions. This herbaceous perennial plant resembles a lot like chamomile species in habitat and appearance. It thrives well in alpine regions and rocky gardens.

Home Remedies of Akarkara

To  relieve tooth ache :  Akarkar powder 1 to 2 gms and mix it with  mustard  oil . Dip a piece of cotton in this oil and keep it on the  aching tooth. This will help to relieve tootache.  

In Sezuire disorder :  Akarkara  root powder 1 gms and add 5 ml of honey to it .Consume this mixture before meals two times daily helps to managing sezuire disorder. 

For erectile dysfunction : Take Akarkara root 5gms add 4 Ashwagandha powder, musli powder, shatavati powder 1 gms each. Consume this mixture 2 gms with milk two times daily helps in improving the vigor and vitality.

For Speech Improvement : Take Akarkara root and keep it in mouth. Now start chewing it and the spit the saliva produced after chewing.  Do this two times daily will slowly improve the speech.
