1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Digital or consultation services once delivered.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@rishaayurveda.com or contact our support team with your order ID, product details, and a photo/video showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions to ship the item back.

Please ensure products are packed securely to prevent further damage during return transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Replacements

If you prefer, we can replace the damaged or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund, subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

6. Consultation & Service Policy

All Ayurvedic consultation bookings, online assessments, or digital health plans are non-refundable once confirmed or delivered. However, rescheduling is possible if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
