Triphala churna is the one of best rasayana ( rejuvenative) formulation in Ayurveda medicine that is used in India for centuries. The benefits of Triphala churna has resulted in its widespread to the rest of world. What is Triphla churna ?<\/h1>\n

Triphala also known as Triphala churna is combination of three fruits. In Sanskrit Tri means three and phala means fruits. The three fruits that\u00a0 forms the combination are Harad, Baheda and Amla The three dried fruits are gorund and mixed together usually in equal parts. This is what makes the powder potent in antioxidants because these three fruits have long played an important part.<\/p>\n

While making Triphala churna the ratio in which the three herb are mixed is as follows<\/p>\n

According to Bhavprakash the ratio is 1:1:1 means all the three herbs should be mixed in equal quantity.<\/p>\n
