Saliva also contains an enzyme called lingual lipase, which breaks down fats.<\/p>\n Always eat in silence and peacefully without talking, without watching television or on mobile. Watching these things have a negative impact on your digestion. So keep sometime for your lunch and dinner when there is least disturbance.
